Redefining Innovation
We are working to redefine the treatment experience of people living with hemophilia using cutting-edge research. Through our preclinical programs and clinical trials, we hope to pave the way for innovative advances in hemophilia management and care that will make a difference for people with hemophilia, healthcare providers, and advocates in the hemophilia community.
Two of our product candidates are in advanced clinical development:
- Recombinant factor IX, IB1001, which is intended for the treatment and prevention of bleeding in people with hemophilia B
- Recombinant porcine factor VIII, OBI-1, which is intended for the treatment of bleeding in people with hemophilia A with inhibitors and acquired hemophilia A
Our earlier stage, preclinical programs are focused on recombinant factor VIII (rFVIII) for people with hemophilia A, recombinant factor VIIa (rFVIIa) for people with hemophilia A or B who have developed inhibitors, and rFVIIa for people with factor VII deficiency.
