As a college student, you probably have other priorities that don’t involve staying fit and healthy. Sleep

Lastly, in order to reach optimum levels of health and fitness it is vital that you get the right amount of sleep per night. Your sleep is more important to your health than you may realize, and staying up until the early hours of the morning might help you get your work done, but it’s detrimental to both your physical and mental health in the long run.
